Return Information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the specified return timeframe,
we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full amount less any shipping
charges upon return of the merchandise.
Items purchased on WatchTrail have a 30 day return policy except where noted
below:
Items purchased as "Factory Serviced" cannot be returned and defective
merchandise must be repaired through the manufacturers warranty.
Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and
the carrier will charge you for freight. All merchandise must be returned in
their original box with the original packing materials, including all the accessories
and documentation. All merchandise not meeting this criteria or outside the
return time frame will not be accepted.

Once you receive the Return Authorization Number, please fill out the form and
return it with your package.
